What I Offer

PREGNANCY SUPPORT

Pregnancy is often filled with both excitement and overwhelm. My role is to walk alongside you during this time, offering emotional support, practical guidance and evidence-informed information to help you prepare for birth and early parenthood.

This may include birth preparation, birth mapping, discussing your preferences and values, partner support, or debriefing a past birth experience and creating space to process any fears or uncertainties, so you can approach this transition feeling more confident and supported.

POSTNATAL SUPPORT

Bringing your baby home is a very exciting time and often a time of complete unknowns in terms of what to expect. At this time couples may feel they need extra support.

Postnatal doula care is gentle, practical and emotional support in the weeks and months after your baby arrives. It can include help with newborn care, feeding support, light household tasks and space for you to rest, recover and adjust to life with your baby. As every family will have their own individual needs, I will work with you to provide the individual care you and your baby and family need.

As part of my postpartum doula care, I offer birth debriefing to support you to make sense of your story, explore any lingering emotions, and feel heard, validated, and supported as you move forward into motherhood or fatherhood. I am trained in an evidence-based, trauma-informed approach that can be particularly helpful for processing birth trauma or distressing birth experiences.

Postnatal support isn’t just for the early days. You’re welcome to begin at any point in your journey - whether that’s when your partner returns to work, when the initial wave of support softens, or simply when you feel the need for extra care and steady support.

WORKSHOPS & GROUPS

The Fourth Trimester is a 2.5-hour session for couples preparing for life after birth. While so much focus is placed on pregnancy and birth, the early weeks with a newborn can feel unexpected and overwhelming. This session gently prepares you for what’s ahead - covering newborn behaviour, feeding, emotional wellbeing, and how to stay connected as a couple, so you can enter this season feeling informed, supported, and on the same team.

Circle Of Security is a gentle, evidence-based program that helps parents better understand their child’s emotional needs and strengthen the parent–child relationship. Offered in the comfort of your own home, these sessions support you to build confidence in reading your baby’s cues, responding with sensitivity, and creating a secure foundation for your child’s development.

MATRESCENCE MENTORING - ‘Mamamorphosis"‘

Matrescence is the developmental transition into motherhood - a profound and often unexpected shift that can impact your identity, emotions, relationships, and sense of self. Much like adolescence, it is a period of growth, change, and reorganisation, yet it is rarely spoken about or supported in a meaningful way.

While much of the focus during pregnancy and after birth is on the baby, matrescence acknowledges that you are also going through a significant transformation. It can bring moments of joy and connection, alongside feelings of loss, overwhelm, or questioning who you are now.

Matrescence mentoring offers a dedicated space to explore this transition. It is a gentle, reflective process that supports you to make sense of your experience, reconnect with yourself, and move through this time with greater clarity and self-trust.
